PISTA AZZURRA
Built in 1962, one of the first tracks in Italy and later modified in 1985 with the current track, the Pista Azzurra is a true icon in the international karting scene.
In the course of these fifty years, Pista Azzurra has seen the best drivers in international karting race on its track, many of them reaching the pinnacle of F1 racing.
In 1968 with the first World Championship, starting in 1972 with the thirteen editions of the 'Champions Cup', in those years a sort of real World Championship, up to various editions of European and national championships, drivers of the calibre of Prost, Patrese, Senna, Zanardi, Schumacher, Fisichella, Kubica, Badoer, Hamilton and many others have been the protagonists of exciting races on the Jesolo circuit.
This is the reason why even today, thanks to its very technical track, the Pista Azzurra is considered a test bench to measure the speed and tuning qualities of new drivers.
The Pista Azzurra has also hosted events of various kinds: from Festivalbar, to Ferrarissimo, to various motorbike rallies, most recently Bike Week, proving to have a multi-functionality capable of meeting the needs of the most diverse events.
Not least in terms of use is its function as a space dedicated to safe driving courses or open days to present new car models to its customers.
